Terms of service
Version 1, in force from 28 July 2026.
These terms apply to bookings made with Hotel Cloud Inn, a unit of Dharampal Resorts LLP, and to use of this website. By making a booking you accept them.
Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us, and where applicable when the required payment has been received.
- All tariffs are per room, per night, and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax unless stated otherwise. Tax is charged at the rate applicable on the date of the stay.
- Rates shown on this website are live and change by date and season. The rate applicable to your booking is the rate confirmed to you at the time of booking.
Check in and check out
- Check in is from 2:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM.
- Early check in is subject to the room being vacant and may be charged.
- Late check out beyond 11:00 AM is charged, and is subject to availability.
- Valid government photo identification is required at check in for every adult guest. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.
Occupancy, children and extra beds
- Rates are based on the occupancy selected at the time of booking. Additional guests are charged.
- One child up to twelve years stays free without extra bedding. Extra bedding is charged. Children above twelve are charged as an adult.
- Pets are welcome at no additional charge, provided you inform us at the time of booking.
Conduct and the property
- The kitchen is pure vegetarian and remains so for all guests and all functions.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property by them or by anyone in their party.
- Loud music and open area functions run within local permitted hours and noise norms.
- We may decline or terminate a stay where a guest's conduct puts other guests or our staff at risk.
Events
Event bookings are governed by the written quotation issued for that event in addition to these terms. Where the two differ, the quotation applies.
Things we do not have
The property has no lift, no swimming pool, and no market at the gate. These are stated openly across this website so that guests can decide before booking rather than on arrival.
Liability
We take reasonable care of the property and of our guests. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, for delays or losses caused by weather, road closures, power failure or events outside our reasonable control, or for any activity a guest undertakes away from the property.

Photographs and text on this site are of this property and belong to Dharampal Resorts LLP. Rates, timings and facilities shown may change. We correct errors as soon as we find them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ramgarh, Nainital, Uttarakhand.
