We would rather use a guest's real picture than a borrowed one.
Why we are asking
We will not use pictures that are not ours.
Most hotel websites fill their pages with photographs pulled off the internet. Those pictures belong to somebody, usually a photographer who never agreed to it. We are not doing that.
So the forty three places on our itinerary pages are drawn rather than photographed. The drawings are ours and they will do the job until something better replaces them. Something better is a photograph taken by somebody who actually stood there.
How to send one
- From the itinerary page. Every stop has a Send your photo button. It opens WhatsApp with that place already named, so we know what we are looking at without asking.
- Or just message us. +91 97119 00500. Tell us where the photograph was taken.
- Or email it. info@hotelcloudinn.com, with the place name in the subject.
What happens next
- We look at everything that comes in. We cannot use all of it and we will not pretend otherwise.
- If we use yours, your name goes underneath it on the page, and it stays there.
- We will message you before it goes live, so you see it first.
- We do not pay for photographs, and we will not sell them or pass them to anyone else.
- Ask us to take yours down at any time and we will, the same day.
One thing we have to be careful about. Send only photographs you took yourself. If there are people in the picture who are not your family, please make sure they are happy to appear on a hotel website. We would rather lose a good picture than use one we should not have.

Send it here rather than on WhatsApp. It reaches the same people, but this way your name travels with the picture, so the credit under it is right.
